Girls track team members make sure you are returning your uniforms and sweats to Coach Frett by this Wednesday. 

 

The softball program is looking for someone who would be interested in being an announcer this summer. These hours would go towards your “silver cord program” as volunteer hours. Anyone interested please contact Mr. Straube or Coach Bland at aubbland@gmail.com



ALL JUNIORS WILL MEET WITH MRS. BADTRAM IN THE AUD ON MAY 24TH DURING YOUR SEMINAR TIME!!!!!!

 

ALL JH track runners (Boys and Girls), please report to the middle school commons  for a team picture at 2:30 on Monday May 24th. 

 

ALL JH 7th grade basketball players (Boys and Girls), please report to the middle school commons for a team picture at 2:30 on Monday May 24th. 

 

******ATTENTION VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS*********

There will be a girls volleyball informational meeting at 7:30 am on Tuesday 5/25 in the auditorium.  This meeting is for girls in 8th-11th grade. Please do your best to be in attendance if possible.  If you cannot attend, information will be emailed out after the meeting. 

 

Looks like we will be building a building here at the school this summer. We will try to get it started the last couple weeks in June. Please contact Mr. Rouse if you would like to be added to the list. 

 

Students wanting to take college class through MCC please make an appointment with Mrs. Badtram. The deadline is JUNE 1st. There are no exceptions to the deadline. You will need your social security number when we meet.

 

XC Runners-  If you are interested or considering participating in cross country for the 2021-2022 school year please send Mrs. Tappendorf an email  (tracy.tappendorf@durant.k12.ia.us) with your cell phone number so you can receive information about optional summer runs!  Thanks! 

 

Reminder to all students and staff that the P3 Campus anonymous tip reporting app and web browser is available free of charge.  P3 is a vital tool in keeping schools, students and staff safe.  Any student, staff or community member can report about a wide range of concerns and reporting can be made through the P3 Campus app or at P3campus.com

 

Any high school athlete wanting to do a “signing day”... we will be holding a few dates throughout the year.  These will be the only dates we will do these.  If you are wanting to sign with a school please let me know.  Depending on if we have people wanting to sign we will also do one in January, and one in April or May.  

 

ALL STUDENTS: Do Not bring backpacks, bags etc to class. They need to be left in your lockers at all times. It is in the school policy for your safety and the safety of everyone else.

 

When attending any off campus college visit(s) students are required to get a college visit form from Mrs. Badtram to be completed and signed and a parent MUST call Holly to notify her that you will be gone from school
