ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR

Service fees will be waived until Sunday, August 11.

ALL FORMS MUST BE FILLED OUT ONLINE AND FEES PAID THROUGH JMC PARENT PORTAL. ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL NOT WORK FROM A PHONE, YOU MUST USE A COMPUTER.CURRENT STUDENTS
Students who were enrolled and completed the 2023-2024 school year or who attended Kindergarten Round-up last spring may enroll online for this school year by logging into the JMC Family Portal. When logging into JMC, please make sure you are in the 2024-2025 school year.If you do not remember your username or password, you can reset it from the login screen by clicking on the "Forget your Password" link next to the login button. Please remember that the username is the parent's last name, not the student's last name.
1. Log into JMC Family Portal, please make sure to select the 2024-2025 school year before you login.
2. On the left menu, click Register for 2024-2025 to access the registration dashboard.
3. Complete the steps on the registration dashboard.
4. Submit Application for Education Benefits for free/reduced lunches if applicable.- 7-12 AUP

Free and Reduced Meal Program
To be eligible to participate in the Free or Reduced Meal Program, a new application must be completed each year for Free or Reduced meals. Signed forms must be turned in to the school to be considered for participation in the Free or Reduced Lunch Program. Health Information
7th and 12th grade Immunization RequirementsThose students entering 7th grade will require a Tdap and Meningococcal (A,C,W,Y) vaccination BEFORE starting school.
Those students entering 12th grade will require a Meningococcal (A,C,W,Y) vaccination BEFORE starting school.
Students WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM SCHOOL if documentation is not received BEFORE school starts.
Co-Curricular Forms
Required BEFORE the student(s) can participate in 7-12 interscholastic athletics, cheerleading and/or dance.
